YEAST: There are many people who cannot properly handle yeasts in their diets, having to do with the Candida Albicans found in most yeasts. Our Nutritional Yeast is guaranteed to contain no Candida Albicans as it is an inactive dry yeast produced for it's excellent health benefits including protien, amino acids and B Vitamins.

MILK, EGGS, DAIRY, CASEIN, RENNET, ETC: Since all of Road's End's products are completely vegan, they contain no dairy products or by-products at all. Since our company founder and president is also vegan, there are no animal products of any type in any of our products, equipment or packaging lines. For many autistic individuals, researchers are finding that diets free of gluten and casein are great aids in helping the well-being of these individuals. Our products all contain no casein and those that contain no gluten are pictured on our Celiac page.

SOY : Although soy can be a great ingredient offering good protiens and other health benefits, there are many people who are allergic to soy products. None of our Chreese mixes, pastas, or dips contain any soy or any of it's derivatives. Our gravy mixes do contain organic tamari which comes from soy.

CORN & NUTS: There are many consumers who have serious allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, and all kinds of nuts. None of our products contain any nuts. We also do not use any corn or corn by-products in any of our products or in our facility at all.
